I had a great experience at The Wax Station – North Richmond! As a first-timer for a men's waxing session, I was a bit nervous, but Michelle made me feel completely at ease. I have to say my experience with Michelle was excellent , I think the mostly with my experience at The Wax Station with my treatment there was no judgement for my age , 'just like that I am now a senior' I was made feel welcome at the door and treated with high professionalism. A small but private one on one salon , definitely would recommend for us older women .

Had an amazing first experience. Went in a nervous wreck and the lady that was doing my wax did a great job in reassuring me. She also took the time to talk me through the process which was great as it was my first time. She also was pretty cool to talk too, very much distracted me from what was going on so the process was pretty much pain free. Will definitely be coming back

First time waxing. A bit awkward at first but Michelle found the words to help me relax and squeezed me in between 2 appointments.
