Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

Such a wonderful experience, I had Jess do my colour cut and blow dry and the whole experience was a 10/10 in love with the hair and everyone was so nice. I would highly recommend all the talented ladies. My experience was amazing! I cannot remember my hairdressers name sadly but she was sooooo good. She talked to me about what I like and don’t like about the haircut I wanted, and just as very good communication skills at understanding what I wanted! And then delivered on such a good haircut and made sure I was happy with it. She even went the extra mile to put some rollers in my hair to try and get a curl in my hair while blow drying and it just made me feel very pampered. Very happy.

My therapist was so professional, well spoken, knowledgeable, caring, considerate and helpful. Loved my facial from start to finish but my back massage was equally impressive and relaxing. So impressed. I love the salon and visit frequently but will ask for this therapist next visit as she is amazing!

Joshua provided fantastic service today! He was amazing and made us feel very at ease throughout our entire appointment. We will definitely be booking with him again. However, the building itself is looking a bit tired and could definitely use a refresh. The chair I sat in for waxing was broken, and the lighting wasn't very good. Having some additional seating in the waiting area would also be a big improvement. Overall, though, the service was excellent!

Went in for a wax, walked out with both.a wax and a haircut! The wax was the best I've had in a long time, so thorough with making sure they got all the hair. The haircut was equally amazing, I had a previous cut which I just wasn't feeling and mentioned it to my beautician and before I knew it I had a consult, cut and new hair style that I love. Thank you! 💕
