I can’t recommend P.W.N. highly enough. I originally started after a back injury caused by heavy lifting at the gym, on the recommendation of my chiropractor—and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my recovery and overall health. From the very beginning, Tash was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me rebuild strength safely. She took the time to understand my injury, limitations, goals, and tailored every session to suit me. What really stands out is her ability to challenge you while ensuring you’re always moving correctly & safely.

I love this gym. I've increased my muscle strength and by undertaking weight and strength training I've increased bone density. I also have better stability and core strength. This gym is great for 'older' people as well, I'm 70 years old and can carry out daily routines easily - including keeping up with the grand children.

Has your GP suggested to you to do strength training? If so, this is the gym for you. Great staff that know its members, know you and what you need to do to achieve more strength AND greater bone density. I love this gym and am a 70 year old female with bone density increasing Come and try. Wendy

Are you over 50 years of age and your GP has told you to do 'strength' exercises? Well this is the gym for you. I am 70 years old and my muscle strength has increased considerably and my bone density has improved and I'm out of the osteopenia range. The gym has a calm vibe and membership is about 50/50 of men and women. Come and try. Wendy

The personal trainer Joe is great. He answers all questions with such knowledge and explains the benefit of carrying out certain exercises when using weights, such as leg and knee stabilization, strength and balance of the body. Very important as I age. I also have a good laugh and just love the 'feel' of Natural Strength gym and I'm nearly 70 years old. Wendy

I enjoy the personal trainer sessions with Joe. I feel stronger and have more energy thanks to the p/t sessions with Joe and then attending Natural Strength gym four or five times a week for cardio workouts and then strength training. I'm very happy.

Great workout. Enjoyed the tuition and advice relating to alternate exercises for upper body (shoulders, biceps and back). Sometimes using hand weights is easier on the hands!

Not only has my back significantly improved, but my overall strength, posture, and confidence have improved more than I ever expected. I now feel strong, supported, and empowered in my movement again. If you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with pain, or simply want to get stronger in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, Pilates with Natasha is absolutely exceptional. What a week to start the Spring into Summer Challenge, the Smiling Assassin has outdone herself yet again. Just when you think "I got this", Tash says, "We're trying a different progression now" and before your mind has time to think, BAM!! your muscles (that you didn't even know existed) are screaming 😱 Tash, you are the Master 🙌🫶 Bring on next week's challenge but let me go get a massage and recover first 🫠

On Tuesday the p/t session was legs comprising bar bell squats; lunges, hip thrusts and hamstrings and quads. All day Wednesday I could feel the muscles had a great workout on the legs. So the session was great! thank you

What a way to end the challenge with none other than jump week. Super tough challenge + super tough jump week = super duper results!! Never felt stronger and have surpassed my previous personal bests and continute to LOVE each and every session with Tash. Really enjoy the mix of cardio and strength weight p/t session with Joe and have a sense of achievement when the p/t session is over as I certainly wouldn't push myself during the cardio workout if I was working out solo! regards Wendy

Today I opted for a cardio workout opposed to a strengthening and weight workout. Thoroughly enjoyed the workout and would like to continue to have a mixture of cardio and strengthening p/t sessions.
