My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. I love this gym. I've increased my muscle strength and by undertaking weight and strength training I've increased bone density. I also have better stability and core strength. This gym is great for 'older' people as well, I'm 70 years old and can carry out daily routines easily - including keeping up with the grand children.

I am 70 years old and my muscle strength has increased considerably and my bone density has improved and I'm out of the osteopenia range. This gym is great. I am stronger and stable on my feet. I can carry gardening equipment with ease and more importantly by having time at the gym gives me more energy and a better outlook on life. I had a great experience at Natural Strength. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being able to use the gym while the infrared sauna warmed up. The facilities were clean, the showers were convenient, and the location was easy to access. I also liked how private the sauna experience felt. While the sauna itself was showing a little wear and tear, I still enjoyed my session and found the overall experience very positive. The excellent customer service really stood out, and I'd happily recommend Natural Strength to others.

Joe is pretty much unique - he's personable, knowledgeable, focussed, and keeps the sessions interesting and fun, and challenging as needed. His gym is very well equipped to suit whatever level you might need. Joe makes sure we are getting results, and being an older couple we can see the results when we spend time with our grandkids yet now have more energy and strength to keep up with them. Go to Joe ! It's worth it.

Natasha is a great instructor, and the sessions are specifically tailored to each person. I started doing prenatal classes and they’ve helped me a lot in staying active and in easing back pain.
