I recently visited Breath WRL for a red-light therapy session followed by compression boot therapy and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and both treatments left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

My mum and I visited Breath for an infrared sauna session and had such a lovely experience. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the space was beautifully clean and well presented, and everything felt very calming and thoughtfully set up. They provided electrolytes to help keep us hydrated and had everything we needed for a shower afterwards, which made the whole experience feel really easy and relaxing. It was the perfect way to treat Mum to a little wellness time together on a rainy May day for a belated Mother’s Day. We’ll definitely be back.

This was amazing. I got asked for ID at the bottle shop only 30 minutes later and for context I'm 37. Now that's a post glow up I can be happy about. Definitely coming back for that again.
