Michelle is brilliant and she’s helped so much with my mental health. Her solution focused approach allows me to seek more positive outcomes and approach the challenges I face with more control. We discuss situations that arise in my day to day life and she helps to make them feel less overwhelming. The relaxation element of the session is great at embedding the calmer feelings towards preciously scary thought patterns.

I met with Michelle and felt instantly safe and calm. Sometimes it takes time to find the right person but you'll know it when you do and its worth it. I'm glad paths lead me to Michelle she's been exactly what I was looking for in a therapist and you leave her clinic wanting more and more time. Her arrangement is very warm and welcoming with a very wholesome aura not clinical at all. I hope to bring her on my journey through life's labyrinths.

Michelle takes time to understand and plans according to the individual. I find her sessions enlightening, thought provoking and effective. She is very skilled at using a combination of therapies to enhance healing and positivity.

First time I have experienced Reki. I was immediately put at ease with a very warm, relaxed welcome. The time taken with the preliminary explanation of what I would experience in the session was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the session from start to end. It really worked for me. I shall be booking more sessions.

Today was my first session, Michelle is very knowledgeable and her explanation of things has left me feeling confident my issues can be resolved.
