Michelle is brilliant and she’s helped so much with my mental health. Her solution focused approach allows me to seek more positive outcomes and approach the challenges I face with more control. We discuss situations that arise in my day to day life and she helps to make them feel less overwhelming. The relaxation element of the session is great at embedding the calmer feelings towards preciously scary thought patterns.

It was a last minute booking and after several experiences of therapy over the years Michelle had the knack to know how to steer the outward emotions back to an easier understanding. 2nd session already booked. Great relaxing therapy space too .

I met with Michelle and felt instantly safe and calm. Sometimes it takes time to find the right person but you'll know it when you do and its worth it. I'm glad paths lead me to Michelle she's been exactly what I was looking for in a therapist and you leave her clinic wanting more and more time. Her arrangement is very warm and welcoming with a very wholesome aura not clinical at all. I hope to bring her on my journey through life's labyrinths.
