My one-to-one session with Ang took everything to a completely different level. We moved through deeply stuck energy with profound releases — from crying, to rage, to feeling energetically sick — as my body let go of what it had been holding onto for so long. Then I was lifted into the most beautiful, peaceful place within myself, before being gently guided back into my body to fully release the trauma that had been holding me back. The one-to-one session was exactly what I needed to fully surrender and let go, knowing I was completely supported and safe the entire time.

Today I did the 1to1 breathwork session with the beautiful Angela and wow what an experience. Having a naughty monkey mind Angela kept a watch and breathed with me when I needed the encouragement. The music, Angela's voice, the equipment and fragrances used made this an experience I wont forget!.
