Have to leave a review for my amazing treatment today which was the abdominal massage. I wasnt sure what to expect but this was fantastic. I suffer with Gastro issues and found this treatment very relaxing that much so I fell asleep which I find very difficult to do at times. This is my second treatment here the first being reflexology and I will definitely be returning for both on a regular basis. Kirsten explained everything in great detail has a warm and friendly nature and put any concerns I had to ease. The room is comfortable, relaxing and very Zen. Fabulous!

Booked with Trudy for Lymphatic Drainage due to getting a breast reduction surgery. Trudy explained to me all the benefits of getting it when I did and even performed some drainage on my stomach that felt bloated due to all the medication. Feel so much more relaxed knowing that my recovery is going in the right direction

First Reflexology Treatment and an amazing, comfortable experience. Kirsten was very welcoming, friendly and explained everything to detail. A very warm and relaxing room which put any anxiety I had immediately to ease. Will definitely be back and feet feel great especially when im on them all day at work. Highly Recommended.

Altogether a very positive experience. Kirsten is extremely attentive and professional. All aspects of your care are attended to. The therapy rooms are very comfortable and provide the perfect haven of relaxation to allow full benefit of the treatment.

Kirsten is a fantastic therapist. She really puts you at ease and listens to you so that you get the very best out of the treatment .

Enjoyed my first reflexology treatment. The treatment room is lovely and Kirsten is very good at her job. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been having acupuncture with Kirsten now for several months to treat long term pain from a nerve impingement. I realised just b this session that I’ve not had an issue with a flare up in months and am pain-free for the first time in years. It’s such a relaxing experience and great to have some time to reset. Delighted doesn’t cover it!
