Sophie was great, we had plenty of contact before I had my tattoo In terms of the design I wanted, size etc On the day as I was really nervous, Sophie put me at ease with her professionalism. Throughout the time I was there, she was very accommodating in me stopping for breaks and more numbing cream. My tattoo is a piece of art on my arm and if you are wanting the same then I highly recommend Shadow Bloom Studio. Sophie is the best! 🩷

Taylor was amazing, I’ve had terrible experiences with other LVL treatments in the past and she recommended the Korean lash lift and tint. I am so happy with the results. The best my lashes have ever looked!

Natasha was so lovely and professional.I had a fine line tattoo and she talked me through everything from the start to aftercare. . I didn't feel any pain. I fell asleep at one point. I would highly recommend. 👏
