What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Such an amazing experience! I’m super happy with my lip liner, lip blush, and eyeliner/lash lift PMU. Suzanne was lovely, professional, and really took the time to listen and show progress throughout. The results are exactly what I wanted and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!

Today was my first time meeting Sophie and having my lashes done. Firstly, Sophie is so lovely and down to earth and was so welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable straight away. I explained what kind of lash style I’d like and Sophie could explain what I wanted better than what I could! And the end result was just absolute perfection and the lashes are so light that it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing any! I am super happy with the end result.. I can’t recommend enough! X
