The reformer never lies. Incredible attention to detail … I am learning so much. First time on the reformer three years ago - today (twice a week) I am a fitter healthier stronger person. Nina always has a plan. Nothing is random. Clear communication and strong focus. All of these and so much more describes Nina and her coaching. So grateful that I ‘gave it a go’ all those years ago.

I believe feeling safe is essential in any form of fitness — no one wants to risk injury. With something as technical as the reformer, that sense of safety becomes even more important. During my session this morning, I progressed to a few new movements, and Nina’s exceptional understanding of the reformer, combined with her precise attention to detail, ensured I felt secure throughout. Her guidance not only kept me safe but also helped us identify clear areas for further progress. For that, I’m truly grateful — and it’s exactly why I’ll always advocate for one-to-one coaching. Paola was just amazing! Aside from my treatment (pressotherapy lymphatic drainage ), she was super knowledgeable about all other “Beaty and health” matters and managed to advise on a number of things. I will be back to have more of the same drainage (very good ) and considering doing more of the others. Parking is easy and convenient. Grazie 🙏

My Cellu Body Shape treatment was very effective. My skin is much more elastic and healthy looking. If you want to get your skin and body ready for the summer this treatment/program is for you. Paola only uses high quality products/tools and a very effective technic. Her salon is amazing and high quality! She is a perfectionist, professional and highly trained. (Tip: I applied self tanning a few days later and it was the best glow I have ever had! and lasted much longer than usual! I felt great in my skin!) I can confidently recommend Glam and Glow!
