I visited Invita Head Spa for the first time, and wow — what an experience! The front desk gals and Dylan were so professional and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The head massage was pure relaxation — the warm water, gentle pressure, and calming atmosphere melted all the stress away. I also loved how much focus there was on scalp and hair hygiene — my hair felt so clean, light, and refreshed afterward. It was such a unique and peaceful break in the middle of the day. I honestly walked out feeling like a new person — calm, clear, and recharged!

This was my first visit to the spa, I wasn’t sure what to expect, was pleasantly surprised I have the attention to detail they provided. Starting with offering a beverage as we waited, to the consultation, the massage room, where it is dimly lit room where you lay on a massage table while getting the hair treatment. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and stress relieving process. Once that’s completed, you get a nice cup of tea and consultation on the improvement, your hair received. I would definitely recommend going and giving it a try.

I had a wonderful experience at Headspa! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The consultation and therapy spaces were clean, calming, and beautifully set up, which made me feel at ease right away. Linh was fantastic—she explained each step of the treatments clearly and checked in on my comfort level just the right amount throughout the appointment. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time. I’ll definitely be back!

Delight was my spa person today, she was absolutely 💯 fabulous!!! The whole venue is very inviting, very non stressful. 10 out of 10 and I will be going back!!! No pressure to purchase products, they have a nice cup of hot green tea with a ginger crisp ready for you after your treatment.

Great service - I think it would be more spa like if the blow dry station was not in the front lobby - we could hear soothing spa music but it was very muffled by all the blow dryers

This was a gift that I was very curious about. I did not know what to expect. I am not one to pamper myself. That said, this changed my mind. So relaxing and informative, the staff and facility were wonderful. I hope to do this again soon. I will certainly recommend Invita Head Spa.

What gem! The atmosphere, experience, staff, products, and tools they use are best in class! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff and spa create the most relaxing atmosphere. I’ve struggled with intense dandruff pretty much my whole life and have literally tried EVERYTHING from natural products to prescription shampoo. My scalp and hair have never felt better, I will definitely be coming back regularly. I booked my treatment with Ariel and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to make it the experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!
