Spa is beautiful and clean. She definitely worked my muscles but I was very sore for several days after. I guess I was expecting more of a relaxing massage where I could almost fall asleep. This was more like a sports massage and deep tissue, which I wasn't expecting.

I recently had the most amazing HydraFacial experience with Nava. The HydraFacial itself was incredible. Nava was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment felt both relaxing and effective. If you’re thinking about getting a HydraFacial, I highly recommend booking with them. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next appointment!

Hands down the most amazing experience!!!! The best spa in north county!!! I had 90min body work massage with cupping and Eminence organic glow facial. Serenity Retreat and Spa exceeded my expectations and brought me back to life. It’s worth every second. They have sooo many beneficial services you need to try for yourself.

Emily Vail is great! I felt comfortable around her, she explained every step of my treatment. Emily recommended the products she used on my scalp and hair and at the end she had the items at the front desk for me to view and make my purchase. I have a hard time relaxing overall and Emily helped me felt super relaxed throughout the entire treatment. The experience overall is always amazing!

We had a wonderful couples spa day . The scalp treatment was very relaxing and the chair massages while doing this is great . The 90 minute massage was excellent and a quality massage . The massages also went the full time and were not shorted which is great also . This is a very nice new and clean establishment to get relaxing and healing massages !!! Me and my wife will be back .

This was my first visit to the spa, I wasn’t sure what to expect, was pleasantly surprised I have the attention to detail they provided. Starting with offering a beverage as we waited, to the consultation, the massage room, where it is dimly lit room where you lay on a massage table while getting the hair treatment. Absolutely wonderful, relaxing, and stress relieving process. Once that’s completed, you get a nice cup of tea and consultation on the improvement, your hair received. I would definitely recommend going and giving it a try.

Another great experience at Serenity. From reception to leaving, totally professional and welcomed. Ky, Joyce, Nava and Ella made my visit relaxing.

This was a gift that I was very curious about. I did not know what to expect. I am not one to pamper myself. That said, this changed my mind. So relaxing and informative, the staff and facility were wonderful. I hope to do this again soon. I will certainly recommend Invita Head Spa.

What gem! The atmosphere, experience, staff, products, and tools they use are best in class! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff and spa create the most relaxing atmosphere. I’ve struggled with intense dandruff pretty much my whole life and have literally tried EVERYTHING from natural products to prescription shampoo. My scalp and hair have never felt better, I will definitely be coming back regularly. I booked my treatment with Ariel and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to make it the experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!
