I had a beautiful first experience coming to the rest spa. Greeted by a lovely young lady, who right away got me started took me through what I would be doing which was great. I am not normally one for go spaces but found the infrared sauna amazing. Had a lovely horoi before getting into my robe and been greeted by another lovely young lady whom took me for my first Swedish massage which I absolutely loved and my body definitely needed it. What a beautiful experience this was! From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by two beautiful, friendly ladies. If you’re after a relaxing, some me time, I would definitely recommend this! You walk away feeling like a new person! I love that in this massage you get your face and head massaged too! It’s a great way to melt away the stress, left feeling recharged and to just enjoy the moment The only thing that was hard, was when your trying to relax and have your massage because there is other treatments too there can be more noise then you’d like.

Thank you for the beautiful Aromatherapy massage, this was just what I needed. I also was pleasantly surprised with a refeshing raspberry beverage afterwards, such a lovely touch to end the session. I just had a float followed by a Swedish massage and honestly feel incredible! The whole experience was so calming and exactly what my body needed. The float left me weightless and relaxed, and the massage released all the tension I’d been carrying — I feel completely reset. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re needing to unwind, recover, or just treat yourself. It’s was my first time having a Swedish Massage. I was a little nervous, thinking it may be painful, but it was absolutely amazing! It felt so therapeutic. Every muscle got worked on, and my body felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. This will definitely need to be a regular thing! Naomi is the best massage therapist in Gisborne!
