My first time here and also for the imfrered sauna. It's different feeling from the steam sauna. Subtle like nothing happen but you will definitely feel it from the inside that the muscle really do loosen up. It was so relaxing untill I was almost slept. After a long day of training and running, this is what your body need for muscle recovery. Best decision ever to come here before a long flight tomorrow. See u again when I'm back in Auckland :)

Every time I book with Thammarat Thai team, I am well looked after. I find this is the only massage parlour in Auckland where I have been able to fully relax and even sleep during my full body massages. I’m quite sensitive to pressure so usually I tense up , but not here they have that magic touch to allow me to fully trust their technique. I’ve tried heaps of massage places around Auckland and always end up coming back here. Nothing else really matches it. I’ve had massages all over the world, including in Thailand, and Siri Thai Spa is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s always clean, the staff are super friendly, and everything is consistently done right. Orn is my go-to, she’s seriously good at what she does. Her foot massage alone is worth coming in for. I always leave feeling like I’m walking on clouds.

Oh my! Walked in almost unable to function, and I feel like a different woman after the 1 hour Pain Relief Massage. NOK did an absolute wonder. I told her my pain points and she completely listened to my body, followed every knot, strain and ache. So many involuntary noises came out of my mouth, but wow, what a professional. I feel great!
