I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Batam. Highly recommend requesting Aya if you visit Spa Central Batam. Will definitely come back again!

For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a full-day spa experience, and it was nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to the incredible skills of our therapists, Dianty and Angie. By the time our treatments were finished, we felt like we had been transported to another world. Our skin was glowing, our muscles were relaxed, and we were completely at peace. We cannot recommend Dianty and Angie highly enough - they are simply the best! . The lunch was a perfect addition to the already magnificent spa experience. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

No regrets & truthfully worthwhile. Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Susi at Spa Central Nagoya Batam! She immediately pinpointed the tension areas all over my body. The combination of deep pressure using her knuckles & elbows was exactly what I needed. The lemongrass oil was a perfect touch, making the whole room feel incredibly tranquil. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

Overall, great experience. Herlina is a very good therapist. She is very thorough in making sure that I know what she is doing, and checking up on the massage pressure. My only gripe is that for the 6-hr spa package, I have to keep moving from one room to another to do different treatment, and I have to pass by other people (and men) while in my robe. I was quite uncomfortable. I had to use a blanket to keep covering myself up. I’m a hijabi - so it was hard for me. Will just stick to normal massage in the future.

Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.

Another great spa experience with Therapist Marta at Spa Central Baloi. Always warm and cheerful, Marta sends me in blissful rest. I came with a tension headache but left happy without any more pains. Had a body scrub and aromatherapy for 90 minutes, followed by a Milk Bath!
