Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

This was my first appointment at Stretched Glasgow. A great space and setup. Lewis was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Every stretch was explained to me fully. This is next level stretching that you just can’t achieve by yourself. Highly recommend, looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been going to see Tina for massages and facials for years, she has the most wonderful calm healing energy and holds such a lovely safe space for all of her clients. She makes all of her own holistic products and guides you through a full body relaxation before getting to work on all your aches and pains. She’s incredible at what she does and I’m so fortunate she’s based in Glasgow!

I had a very relaxing bespoke facial that left me with glowy skin. If you’re after a gentle pampering treatment, then you won’t be disappointed. The arm massage was a nice touch and made it a SPA-like experience.

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

I had the best experience ever ! A lot of my clients and colleagues have visited unwind and all I hear is raving about how amazing meral is . I was not prepared for how relaxing and revived I’d feel ! I wanted to just stay and nap 😂. The vibes were amazing and I felt I could open up instantly! I highly recommend! I can't rate this salon high enough,from the moment you walk in you are welcomed with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely ladies who make you so comfortable,a beautiful Cappuccino and massage chair adds to the amazing experience,foot spa is just perfect,the ladies are brilliant at what they do,I always feel so energised and relaxed when I come here,I wouldn't go anywhere else,the salon is stunning and spotless,please give this beautiful salon a try,you will not be disappointed,thank you ladies,you are all wonderful.

Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish.
