I had a really great experience. Tracy was very welcoming and I felt comfortable straight away. She’s clearly experienced and works with a calm confidence that makes it easy to relax. I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout. She kept checking in about the pressure and adjusted it exactly to what I needed. It felt very personal, not like a routine treatment. I left feeling so much better, both in body and mind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the person she’s treating. I’ll definitely be back and can fully recommend her.

I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. Definitely worth it if you want a truly relaxing, indulgent treatment! 💆🏻‍♀️

Tried a head spa for the first time today and I totally get the hype 🤍 I went for the gold package with a facial and it was so relaxing from start to finish. The scalp treatment felt amazing and my hair feels so clean and light now. The facial left my skin glowing too Definitely recommend if you're thinking about it!
