Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!

Tracey was so warm and friendly and really put me at ease. I haven’t really booked myself a massage before because I’ve always felt too nervous, but I will 100% be coming back here. I had a really great experience. Tracy was very welcoming and I felt comfortable straight away. She’s clearly experienced and works with a calm confidence that makes it easy to relax. I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout. She kept checking in about the pressure and adjusted it exactly to what I needed. It felt very personal, not like a routine treatment. I left feeling so much better, both in body and mind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the person she’s treating. I’ll definitely be back and can fully recommend her.

My treatments with Helen never disappoint. I had my usual pedicure, facial and back massage. Although Helen does a full body massage, I tend to have the 15-minute back massage which is very therapeutic and she eases away any knots in my shoulders. Her treatment room is so welcoming and comfortable and I look forward to my visits every six weeks as a break from all the commitments I have and the chance to relax, chat and be pampered. I cannot recommend her treatments and beauty advice highly enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Tracy was fantastic. She did my back massage and facial, and you can really tell she’s very experienced. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling completely refreshed. I’d definitely recommend her and will be booking with her again. 😊
