I had the Gold Package at Jemma’s Japanese Head Spa today and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Every step felt thoughtful and luxurious, especially the scalp massage—it completely melted away my tension! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair was noticeably softer, and the facial left my skin looking brighter. The water therapy and unique finishing touches made the whole experience even more calming 🫶🏻 A big thank you to Jemma for such a wonderful experience—I walked out feeling completely reset. Definitely worth it if you want a truly relaxing, indulgent treatment! 💆🏻‍♀️

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and at ease, the room was warm and had calming music playing. The water was just the right temperature and the products have left my hair smelling and feeling amazing. The whole treatment was such a lovely, relaxing experience and I would definitely recommend having this head spa treatment or treating a friend. Thank you so much Jemma!

Tried a head spa for the first time today and I totally get the hype 🤍 I went for the gold package with a facial and it was so relaxing from start to finish. The scalp treatment felt amazing and my hair feels so clean and light now. The facial left my skin glowing too Definitely recommend if you're thinking about it!

Jasmin has looked after me and listened to what i needed and made sure i was happy with the anti wrinkle injections. Had my 2 week app today and she made sure the areas that needed topping up were taken care off. More than happy with the whole experience.

Had a very impressive consultation review today with Yasmine regarding lip liner tattoo removal which I had done at a previous salon a few years ago that I want to get fully removed ,patch test removed a deep dark line , excellent results ! Highly recommend ! Will return in 4weeks .thank you

Absolutely incredible head spa experience! I recently treated myself to a session and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. The scalp massage was incredibly soothing and the products left my hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, with healthier-feeling scalp and shinier hair. The perfect self-care treat. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💆‍♀️✨

I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could. I’ve had a few Japanese head spas now, this was better than at a posh spa in the Elemis beauty salon. It was long, unhurried, through & relaxing.

I had the full Gold Package head spa and I still didn't want it to end! Jemma Louise is really sweet and welcoming and her space is really cosy and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed all the different relaxation tools used during the scalp wash and treatment, plus the arm massage, lymphatic drainage facial and Ostrich feather treatment are great touches! I was also super impressed with the results of my scalp analysis post treatment. I would highly recommend Jemma Louise's treatments if you want to feel fully pampered, beautifully relaxed and scalp fresh! Thank you xx

Such a beautiful, relaxing experience 💙 I treated myself to a head spa session and honestly it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm and welcoming. The scalp massage was so soothing and my hair felt clean, soft and refreshed afterwards. I loved sitting in a comfy chair while my hair dried under the stand-alone dryer, with a coffee and biscuits - such a lovely touch. The whole experience felt like a proper reset. First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊
