Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I love massages with Sophie! I had a 90min session, so there was no rush, we were able to cover everything I needed and I felt so relaxed afterwards! Would 100% recommend.

Literally haven’t felt that relaxed since I was in my mothers womb🤣 was absolutely beautiful, I felt amazing and nearly was asleep which isn’t like me, sorted all of my problems out with regards to my back and shoulders and it was literally felt like I hit a new spiritual experience with how good it was. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and Iqra gave me an excellent massage. I felt deeply relaxed, and my neck and shoulder pain was significantly reduced. Because of this, I slept really well, and the next day I felt much more relaxed too.

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

Unbelievable service and can’t recommend enough. I was admittedly nervous as I’ve never done any colours or even shaped my hair before getting a balayage & hair cut. Charley knew this and made sure that I was comfortable, and used her expertise and experience within hair to not only make me feel at ease, but also took great care with my hair.
