Fantastic. Elsa was brilliant. I was a bit nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed and very welcome. My first hot stone massage and it left me feeling super relaxed. Elsa found knots in places I didnt think muscles existed and she worked really hard and effectively to sort them out. Sorry Elsa but it was so good I will be rebooking in with you again! If you're local or here for a holiday book in for a treatment here...beautiful hotel, SPA is amazing, staff and therapists are just so friendly and professional.

If I was asked to give one word for my experience it would be Excellent.......I've visited Claire at Clifton House Beauty twice and both occasions have been lovely. Each treatment, (Dermaplaining, lvl lashes with tint, and eye brows) was thoroughly explained before and during each treatment. The room is warm and cosy with relaxing music. Both times I've left feeling very happy, relaxed and looking forward to my next visit. Will highly recommend and most definitely is my go to place for any facial treatments.

Fabulous neck shoulder and back massage - great pressure and technique applied. Also good to be able to have a treatment late on a Sunday afternoon. Spa is very pleasant and relaxing, will defiantly revisit

What an amazing experience I had. Full body massage was so relaxing. Natalie was very nice and her home made me feel so calm and relaxed. I also had another treatment whilst I was there as I always wanted this done and Natalie made me aware of everything and i went for it. I will 100% be back soon! Very highly recommended. We had a total of six treatments with Sam and Lauren last Friday to start what was to become a fantastic 'spa weekend' at The Grand. Sam has created a beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing environment at Bramble & Bee. The treatments were superb. Sam and Lauren both combined professionalism with warmth and empathy.
