I had such a wonderful experience today at Urban Retreat Spa. Sharon was absolutely amazing! So pleasant, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatments to suit my specific needs. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and literally glowing. Highly recommend Shalini for oxygen or hydro facial. One hour of relaxing pampering and treating yourself. My skin is glowing when I leave and the results last.
