As someone that’s immune compromised, going to venues for health treatment is fraught with risk. But to my delight, my treatment at Soothe Massage & Day Spa was accessible and compassionate. My room had a personal infrared sauna in it and was impeccably clean. My wonderful therapist was open to adjusting treatments to suit my body as needed and immediately offered to wear a face mask which makes it safer for me. She made the experience extremely relaxing and I felt safe for once. People don’t know how rare that is with an autoimmune disease. Worth every cent!

Stephanie was very skilled in reflexology and pointed out my ailments before I had a chance to mention them. She then worked on me with her magic hands with a remedial massage. Yes I had some sore points but she continually checked in to see if the pressure level was OK. I cannot recommend her enough and am eternally grateful she helped my back spasms and locked hips

Erin at Modern Day Spa is an amazing and knowledgeable therapist who understands the importance of holistic care. I had the Detox Scrub and body wrap which was relaxing and invigorating. It’s even better combined with an infra red sauna beforehand! The scalp massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. What makes MDS stand out above the rest is its clean and modern space with little extras like cool icy water, blueberries, tea and collagen booster shots. Thanks Erin.

Love coming to Boho, the salon is super friendly and Carmel is so good at what she does! I have been having my hair cut and coloured with Carmel for over a year now and I always leave with a smile on my face!

Could not recommend it higher! My partner and I had a lovely experience with the team there who was easily able to adjust for us when they had a staffing change on the day. We had a massage, body scrub and facial planned with a sauna thrown in on the day to accommodate and thank us for understanding the time change. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and so relaxing!

Exceptional service, honest hair care advice. Premium products in an extremely clean and inviting salon space. Services are priced competitively and the sun through the front window is divine while colour processes and you have your coffee or snack from the Cafe next door.

I had by far the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had at Modern Day Spa. I’ve come out 300% more relaxed and ready for the challenges of the week. Airin is extremely knowledgeable with great skill and understanding of the mechanics of muscles, joints and bones. Would highly recommend Airin and Modern Day Spa

Honestly thrilled!!! I always love my experience at Boho but this visit, Jzonaye was just on her A game being patient with me while I explained what I wanted to achieve with out the undertanding of how to get there! I understand thats their skill but I can have bright ideas that sometimes are not feasible. I truly love Boho and team, Carmel has truly made such a cohesive, skilled salon thats a pleasure to visit.
