Always an amazing experience at Haus of Arches! I highly recommend visiting for their exceptional service and attention to detail. I’ve had regular henna staining and, most recently, an Ombré eyebrow tattoo. I’m absolutely delighted with the results — my brows are perfect, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.

I'm glad I went to Sarah, she's very professional, very thorough with her consultation and prep work. She takes time to really make sure that she can deliver what her client expects. Always have the best experience here. So looking forward to moving full time to Perth next year so that I can visit sweet lab monthly. I had such a great experience getting my brow lami and face wax with Phoebe. She was so communicative prior to the appointment and was always so quick to reply to my questions. I really liked the way she had set up her space, and she made me feel really comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She was so communicative and professional throughout the lami, telling me about the process and answering any questions I had about it, as it was my first time getting it done. She took really nice care with my eyebrows, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much Phoebe :)

The technician who conducted my appointment was wonderful, she’s was pleasant, made me feel comfortable and had a lovely presence about her. I think next time I will go a shade lighter on my brows, they were a little too dark for my complexion.
