I absolutely love Refined Recovery & Wellness! The magnesium pools are amazing, the sauna helps me relax and reset, and the compression boots are seriously addictive. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and full of energy. The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming. I’ve made it a regular part of my routine because it just makes me feel so good. So grateful for this place — it’s honestly the best part of my week! 💙

Absolutely love this place! The magnesium pools leave my skin soft and my body relaxed. The saunas are perfect for unwinding, and the compression therapy makes me feel refreshed and recharged. The whole vibe is calming and welcoming — it’s quickly become my favourite self-care spot. I always leave feeling amazing!

I had such a wonderful experience at Harlo & Co today! My stylist Alana took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that suited my hair type. The result was even better than I imagined, the colour is gorgeous & the cut / style looks great! The attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be returning to Harlo & Co in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing results!

Always well looked after at Revive. I love that I can use the sauna/ice bath while my partner gets great benefit from the IV.

The best support your immune system, healing, recovery, or just need a reset, I highly recommend Revive. You can really feel the quality of what’s going into your body.

A great space to gain the therapeutic benefit of contrast pools and sauna. Haven't tried the other services yet. Friendly staff. Grateful to have Refined and their services in Coffs Harbour. Just missing a private shower to have a proper wash off after the chlorine.
