An awesome way to start your Sunday. Great relaxing yoga with a great instructor , followed by a hot sauna and cold plunge. Highly recommend refined recovery and wellness.

First time at Kado trying the red light therapy. Staff were very welcoming and reassuring,checking on me to ensure I was comfortable. I felt very relaxed during the therapy session and have rebooked.

I had epidermal leveling plus my brows and lashes done by Rhiannon today and I couldn’t be happier. She is amazing at what she does and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was so relaxing, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth, and my brows and lashes look absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend Rhiannon!

I've been going to The Body Palette for a few years now and each time I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love that she offers lots of different treatments so I can just go to the one place. Rhiannon is so lovely and I love the little personal touches she puts into her treatments. Can't wait for my next appointment for my nails :)

I had such a wonderful experience! The facial left my skin feeling so fresh, glowing, and hydrated. The lash extensions look absolutely stunning—natural but with the perfect amount of volume. Everything was done with so much care and attention to detail, and the whole treatment felt relaxing from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend all services!

Amazing! Clare is the best in the business. The difference in both my pain levels and mobility has been fantastic since I started going to her. Clare takes the time to properly understand what was causing my issues rather than simply treating the symptoms, and every treatment has been tailored to what I actually need. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about getting you feeling better. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my back and day-to-day comfort since starting treatment, and I always leave feeling like I’ve made progress.
