Baby salama did her first session with nora and she is the best , she’s so kind and gives us a positive energy also she’s so friendly. The one who cut my baby’s hair was so patient and friendly also i don’t know how to spell his name but it start with V he’s amazing. For sure i will repeat that one day. Thank you baby spa Staff

The cloud spa was lovely as usual, I had my favourite matcha & coffee from Sasha ☕️🍵, got my regular Cystine hair treatment done with Farzana 🧖🏼‍♀️, Favourite mani/ pedi with Mika & Stephany💅🏼 it’s always a great time relaxing here at the spa with the best team 💕🫶🏼

My baby boy had the most amazing experience at The Baby Spa. He loved it from start to finish. He was truly relaxed and had his best nights sleep after it since he was born. I would highly recommend to parents to go for the baby spa hydrotherapy treatment. We will definitely be going back.

Service is always impeccable, the staff are always welcoming, cheerful, and extremely friendly. Love the details and the effort placed in every tiny detail in the spa, always a pleasure being back here. As a newly frequent customer, I always feel cared for at The Cloud. Today I booked for hydrotherapy and massage it was the first time to try the spa for my baby and it was a great and amazing experience the therapist Nurul was super great and friendly and kind it will not be the last time I highly recommend the spa and Nurul the therapist we had a lot of fun with her and she were so patient with the baby

Good service and clean spa

The spa was absolutely incredible! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The massage was phenomenal, and I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and pampering experience. Thank you

Great massage I tried deep tissue & it was really relaxing. The space itself is a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Otherwise service is top!
