I’ve been to gabbi now for various treatments & I would just like to say I have never gone to a practitioner who is so trustworthy and knowledgeable. I think it’s great that she’s a registered nurse and well equipped for various situations. I’ve unfortunately gone to bad injectors in the past who have overfilled me and Gabbi has helped me restore my lips back to their natural beauty. Her clinic is beautiful, clean & close to various transport links. I will not be going to anyone else from now on! An absolute gem, thank you again for everything 🩷

Great professional service in a very friendly salon. Lovely students and teachers that manage to carry out a treatment where you feel like a respected paying client that is considered and consulted throughout, whilst teaching and learning is in progress. I like that because some training places treat you as if you a mannequin doll and don’t really talk to you or give you any advice or aftercare.

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Courtney was absolutely fantastic. Best experience I’ve had at a hair salon before. All the girls are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Iryna is, without a doubt, the LOVELIEST Beauty person I have ever met! She is simply wonderful as a person and genuinely cares for her Clients; she made me feel comfortable , relaxed and truly pampered ☺️ I enjoyed every relaxing moment of my treatments with Iryna. She is also excellent at her job - she is experienced, knowledgeable and my eyebrows and eyelashes are transformed! I had the most wonderful back shoulder & neck massage and I can’t wait for my head massage. The appointment with Iryna lifted me so much and I felt great during & afterwards. I’m so glad I found her!

Lily really listened to what wanted out of my appointment, she could tell I had had a really bad experience at another salon recently and took the time to explain each process, she recommended a new hair routine and products to me and the end result was amazing.
