Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. Emma always asks about any problem areas during my 30-min massage and, even if I've not noticed any, she'll hone in on them and really work the knots. It's always such a relaxing mix of effleurage and deeper muscle work. I'm also pleased as ever with the magic Emma worked on my eyebrows!
