Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she consistently delivers results that are precise, natural, and tailored to me. She is also incredibly accommodating with appointments, which I really appreciate. Sonya is truly professional, warm, and meticulous, and I always feel completely confident in her hands. Nic is an absolute star. I don’t feel like I’m going for an appointment. I feel like I’m going for a catch up with a really good friend!!! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my lashes. Love my experience, love my eyelashes. Customer service was top notch. Sonya was very polite and professional. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Kelly was brilliant today, I kept getting cramp during my appointment and she ended on her hands and knees painting my toe nails. She also tied my trainer laces at the end of the appointment. She definitely went above and beyond!! Thanks Kelly xx
