Bella Vida was literally the most magical experience from start to finish. Booking was easy (online), we arrived and were greeted and settled in, the service providers gave us ample time to undress and get cozy, they returned and introduced themselves and described the service and went from there. The head spa itself was absolutely phenomenal, a literal hour of heaven. From there we were ushered to the beauty salon area and offered snacks, blankets and water while our hair was professionally blow dried. I literally can not recommend them enough, can’t wait for my next appointment!

The most amazing experience. My sister and I were thrilled with the entire process, complimentary snacks and refreshments, and more. It was so relaxing. Every staff member was lovely. A very welcoming, calming salon. I would highly recommend to everyone, and will be back again for sure.

Such an amazing salon to visit and be able to use the services. Got a gift certificate for Christmas and thought if was time to use it. Friendly staff, very clean facility, so comfortable on the spa bed, heated eye covers, bed and blankets. The room was very quiet, couldn't hear any other noises. The most amazing gizmo used on my hair was the rain (?) machine. I thought I was outside when it started. Definitely will be back....

Run, don’t walk to make your appointment!I can honestly say, this is one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. Full disclosure, I love a good spa treatment, and have visited several of the best spas in the GTA, and this treatment quite honestly blew me away! The staff are warm and friendly, and Karen was wonderful. Thank you for the amazing experience, and I look forward to my next visit!
