I had such an amazing experience here. My nail artist was honestly incredible and I’m completely obsessed with how my nails turned out. I was offered coffee when I arrived which was such a nice touch and even though I asked for a French manicure on short notice she made it work without any stress. She even offered to do a cute design on one nail of each hand even though we were tight on time and she still managed it perfectly. The design was this gorgeous gold chrome detail and it just looks so cool and elegant. I’ve been staring at my nails ever since and getting so many compliments.

I loved the nail tech I just forgot to do proper inspection my nails had a bit sharp edges I normal remove it. So I had to buy me a nail fail and remove it. The nail tech gave me very good advised and I will follow her advise I’m glad I was there.

Nails were done beautifully, but thought we would at least get a warm foot soak with a pedicure or something more than just the buff and paint when booking a pedicure. And the lady who did the little princess mani and pedi was not very friendly and welcoming. Marvelous however did a lovely job with my nails and I will return for services with her. She is friendly and professional.

As expected, the shop is starting to fill up quite quickly due to the festive season and there was a slight waiting time. However Monica, my nail tech, was a meticulous with details and making sure I was happy every step of the way. She has a calm presence and eye for detail which, for someone like me who isn’t very picky and worried about it, is such a bonus. She was patient with my choices and worked gently with my nails - especially the one that broke prior to my appointment. Thank you Monica!

This was my first visit at Boa Sandown. It was an amazing experience, everyone was so nice. I came to get my nails done for my birthday and my nail tech, Ropafadzo was so sweet and she communicated with me and we bounced ideas for my nails off of each other. If I could give Valdene 100 stars, I would! As a chronic nailbiter, I have struggled for very long to have beautiful nails, and I have gone through my fair share of nail techs who have laughed at or judged my hands, hurt me and done a poor job. Valdene is the opposite!! She is kind and caring, truly cares about her work and is a perfectionist. My last 3 sets have been the best I have ever had!!!

My initial manicure with Abigail only lasted two days when it started chipping. I informed the salon and they offered to redo the set. Kholeka redid it and she was amazing. She was so professional and even took time to explain how I should be looking after my nails and what to avoid. She’s brilliant and passionate about what she does.
