I had my first appointment with Viktoria for a dry hard gel manicure with a drill machine, and she did an amazing job! The manicure was done very carefully, and the gel application is absolutely flawless, so cute! I was also really pleased to see that all the tools were sterilized — Viktoria explained the process to me — and she used disposable nail files, which I really appreciated. I'm so glad I chose this studio! I'll definitely be coming back for my next manicure. Highly recommend Viktoria to everyone👍

The salon is very pretty and clean, and my nails came out looking really nice. The only thing I was not very impressed with is the customer service. No one said hi or smiled at all, especially the front desk girl.. the nail tech never spoke to me, until the end when she recommended I do builder gel more often for my damaged nails. it all felt very transactional and not friendly. I would come back for the quality of the nails but it would be nice to feel welcomed too.

Cozy Nails is an outstanding nail salon! I've been going there since I moved into Old Town 10 years ago, and it's the best salon I've ever used. They give excellent manicures and pedicures with all kinds of extras (like hot stone massages) and everyone there is welcoming and friendly. I give them 5+ stars (and a special shout out to Rose who does a wonderful job!) I'm grateful to have such an outstanding salon right in the neighborhood.

I had a European French manicure done by Oksana, and it was such a lovely experience. The style was clean, natural, and just the right amount of elegant. The soft pink base and neat white tips looked so polished without being too bold—exactly what I wanted. Oksana was warm, attentive, and really detail-oriented. She took her time shaping the nails and making sure everything looked perfect, and the whole process felt bespoke and professional. Highly recommend :)

My nails have never looked better — the work is absolutely phenomenal every single time. The service providers are talented, attentive, and so sweet, and you can tell they genuinely care about their craft. My first European manicure and I had an amazing experience. I will never go back to the fast and rushed Vietnamese nail shops. Victoria did an excellent job and she has such attention to detail. The experience felt luxurious. There’s no cutting corners and sacrificing quality. This is how getting your nails done is supposed to be. Highly recommend!

I have had many pedicures but nothing is even close to a pedicure from Uni. She is amazing and her attention to detail with a manicure is just simply the best! Thanks Uni!!!🦄

Had my first Russian gel mani/ ped, and I am officially obsessed. I will be tracking about an hour to get my nails done moving forward! Brought my own nail colors, DND 879 & Lincoln Park After Dark on my Toes. They have a good selection though. The staff is so welcoming, checked in everystep if the way, with aesthetically pleasing being thr added bonus. Very quiet and relaxing, I’d def recommend.

I’ve had my nails done at Chic Nail Studio for the last five months and they have been transformed. I went from short bitten nails to glamorous tips to now, my own long nails. They are professionals—knowledgeable about the health of nails as well as the beauty of them. I have changed the way I care for my hands and feet and I notice the difference (plus I get a lot more compliments on nails that are two or three weeks old). Great service, worth the money and time.
