The salon is very pretty and clean, and my nails came out looking really nice. The only thing I was not very impressed with is the customer service. No one said hi or smiled at all, especially the front desk girl.. the nail tech never spoke to me, until the end when she recommended I do builder gel more often for my damaged nails. it all felt very transactional and not friendly. I would come back for the quality of the nails but it would be nice to feel welcomed too.

Bella has incredible attention to detail and is so kind and talented. I absolutely love my manicure and can’t believe how perfect my nails look! The salon is very clean and I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Asil Nail Care, and especially Bella.

My nails have never looked better — the work is absolutely phenomenal every single time. The service providers are talented, attentive, and so sweet, and you can tell they genuinely care about their craft. The owner is always there, which says a lot about how much pride she takes in her business, and she is absolutely amazing (and honestly gorgeous 😍). Cozy Nails is an outstanding nail salon! I've been going there since I moved into Old Town 10 years ago, and it's the best salon I've ever used. They give excellent manicures and pedicures with all kinds of extras (like hot stone massages) and everyone there is welcoming and friendly. I give them 5+ stars (and a special shout out to Rose who does a wonderful job!) I'm grateful to have such an outstanding salon right in the neighborhood.

Had my first Russian gel mani/ ped, and I am officially obsessed. I will be tracking about an hour to get my nails done moving forward! Brought my own nail colors, DND 879 & Lincoln Park After Dark on my Toes. They have a good selection though. The staff is so welcoming, checked in everystep if the way, with aesthetically pleasing being thr added bonus. Very quiet and relaxing, I’d def recommend.

I had a European French manicure done by Oksana, and it was such a lovely experience. The style was clean, natural, and just the right amount of elegant. The soft pink base and neat white tips looked so polished without being too bold—exactly what I wanted. Oksana was warm, attentive, and really detail-oriented. She took her time shaping the nails and making sure everything looked perfect, and the whole process felt bespoke and professional. Highly recommend :)

Cute & cozy nail salon. Made an appointment the day before & they were ready when I arrived. It was raining and one of the ladies even brought a towel to dry us off. Everyone was nice & friendly. One of my nails did start to chip after 2 days though sadly also one lady was questioning me about the amount of tip I left which confused me. Overall, good experience and nice people. Unsure I’ll ever go back because it wasn’t close to me anyway but would recommend to others.

I’ve had my nails done at Chic Nail Studio for the last five months and they have been transformed. I went from short bitten nails to glamorous tips to now, my own long nails. They are professionals—knowledgeable about the health of nails as well as the beauty of them. I have changed the way I care for my hands and feet and I notice the difference (plus I get a lot more compliments on nails that are two or three weeks old). Great service, worth the money and time.

My first European manicure and I had an amazing experience. I will never go back to the fast and rushed Vietnamese nail shops. Victoria did an excellent job and she has such attention to detail.
