Her attention to detail and exceptional service is above and beyond. She's a great conversationalist, very kind, and takes pride in her work. Second visit and just as happy as the first with my experience. I am in love with my nails and I could chat to Katie all day long. I was able to move today’s appointment forward and have managed to book everything I need in for next time despite them being super busy. So accommodating! My nails are always immaculate when Kim does them, and they’re stronger and healthier than they’ve ever been. I wouldn’t trust anyone else after going to Yorkshire Beauty Box. She takes such care and attention with everything from prep to nail art to making sure the vibes are good in the salon. Every appointment feels like I’m just seeing my best friend for a chat.
