I had a great experience overall and really appreciated Ricky’s attention to detail — he was thorough and professional. Unfortunately, one of my nails broke a couple days ago, which was disappointing. I’m hoping it was just a one-off because I truly enjoyed the service.

Lili is a very detail oriented nail technician. The does a complete manicure from beginning to end. Leaving the nails looking very clean and the nail bed looks longer. Amazing job Lily! But be weary of who you book your mani/pedi with.

My experience with Danielle was amazing! She is focused on her job, professional and makes you feel welcomed while she is doing your nails - she is not only good at her job but also in the team she makes you feel. Amazing !! Bri is such a sweet kind soul. Her work is amazing , I love how welcoming she is , how cozy her place feels while getting my nails done. The best nail designer in Toronto!!!

I discovered this nail shop almost two months ago and I'm so glad that I did. The nail techs are very friendly and professional with great customer service. Their work is very thorough and meticulous and they maintain great hygiene in their space. Always a pleasure getting my nails done here

I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I wouldn't exchange for any other professional here in Toronto because she has high quality products, her lashes lasts longer than most places I've been before, her studio is super confortable and on the top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person ! My experience at this salon has been so amazing. I've been on the hunt since September 2025 for a good nail place, and I tried out this place for the first time last month. I had the most amazing tech and most amazing time. Decided to go back this month.... Had a little bit of an issue take place during the experience, but the staff was so accommodating and supportive. They immediately picked up on my dissatisfaction and did everything to offer support. They worked as a team to collaborate and offer the most incredible service that they could. Come to Lavello, they will not let you down!

Most fun I've ever had at a nail salon. Vibe was great. Everyone had a smile on their face, very welcoming and friendly services. Had a full Pedi with Gel polish, done in 40 mins. Can even watch TV while being worked on. Price is very fair. Service was EXCELLENT!!! Definitely coming back next time I need my nails done. DID I MENTION EVERYTHING'S PINK?

I had a fantastic experience at Icey Nails beauty Spa today. Iyana , the nail technician was exceptional - very calm and attentive to details. She listened carefully to my needs and did a perfect job. The salon was also spotlessly clean and quiet which is always a huge plus for me . Iyana provided an exquisite service that left me feeling pampered and satisfied. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch nail care experience.

Gabrielle was my nail tech, she was so nice patient and polite. The environment was so clean and everybody was heartwarming and friendly. We even had a girl talk amongst us. Definitely a safe space and will be back. Nails turned out cute also.

This is my go-to place for lashes and nails 🤍 The staff here always go above and beyond, the ambiance is fantastic, and the service is consistently 10/10. I was a little nervous about getting lash extensions at first, but Linda really took her time assessing what would suit my Asian eyes without making them look too heavy. I absolutely loved the results — they turned out exactly how I hoped. For the nails, no matter who’s doing it, It’s been consistently pretty! Can’t wait to be back soon!

Very clean and overall great experience. Had my pedicure and hands done. Very attentive and kind staff. Very happy with the results of my nails. Cleanliness is very important when it comes to getting pedicures done and they use sterilized equipment to provide services. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer .

I've been seeing Sara for years, and I can confidently say that she is the best! Every time I sit in her chair, I know I'm going to leave with flawless nails and a great experience. Sara always delivers exactly what I want, and more. She is incredibly skilled and professional. Not only is her work impeccable, but the atmosphere she creates in the salon is always warm and welcoming. I trust her completely with my nails, and I am constantly getting compliments on them. Bri’s care and attention to detail is amazing! I had some damage on my nails from a previous gel manicure that I removed. She built gel tips for me that honestly feel like my natural nails. They’re so thin and natural feeling, I love it! I can’t wait for my next set!

This is a hidden gem. Icey nails offers excellent service and provides a wonderfully thorough and well done manicure, I'll be back
