What an amazing experience. I can honestly say that this was the best massage I have ever had. It went from a typical treatment to a realignment of my body and senses. A beautiful treatment from start to finish. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival, she greeted me with some lovely lemon water while she explained how the treatment would be. We talked through how I was feeling so she would know which scents of oil to use. I had a gorgeous facial, deep massage on my arms and chest and shoulders and the scalp and hair treatment was just so relaxing. Helens room was just so stunning along with the calming music played in the background. Highly recommend and will be going back. loved every minute of it.

Had the reki infused massage which was amazing. Came out feeling so light and refreshed. Rachel was very professional, made me feel very comfortable and at ease explaining everything beforehand. Would definitely recommend.

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime.
