Ted was fantastic. Ted asked several questions before the massage to see what I liked and didn’t like. What hurt and any issues I had. I choose a deep tissue massage and it was definitely a Deep tissue massage. He worked on every area I asked for and focused on the areas that I really wanted done. Usually the therapist will work on a sore area that I ask them To focus on for a few min and move on, but Matt really worked on all the areas I asked for. And it was Great. I have a favorite massage therapist I have seen for 9 years now and no one came close to her ever! Ted was just as good 😊 💕

Kolleen and Sloane were great! The massage was very relaxing and Kolleen made sure to focus on the areas I asked her too. I had the emerald massage with hot stones added and it was one of the best massages I have had. I booked my second appointment with Kolleen before I left! I highly recommend booking with Case of Elegance Spa.

Erick’s talent in massage is beyond excellent. She creates a calming environment I can lean into to release all the tension of the day. I highly recommend trying out a massage with Erika. Whether you are new to massage or just beginning with this therapeutic modality, you will not be disappointed.

As always, such a fantastic experience! Kolleen goes above and beyond in so many ways. Massage was absolutely perfect, got the knots out and so relaxing. Took my niece along for her first facial - guaranteed NOT to be her last. Her skin is normally good but she was absolutely glowing - skin never looked better. I honestly just can't say enough good things about Case of Elegance - you have to try them for yourself!

One of the best massages I have had! It was the perfect combination of relaxed but also targeted my problem areas and released tension. The vibe of the spa is great, products used smelled amazing, and I enjoyed the music. I will definitely be back!

We had my sister's bachelorette party here! They went above and beyond to make it a great experience! We had all types of services (massages, facials, nails) and every person loved every service. We had 17 girls which was a big ask and they made it work beautifully for us. The whole day went so smoothly and was very relaxing and fun!

Seriously the best facial! My skin felt incredibly hydrated & the dermaplane had my skin glowing. All the products used were natural, smelled & felt wonderful and the massage was incredibly relaxing. The room was cozy, welcoming and warm with the softest blankets! Thanks Kolleen!!
