Case of Elegance hosted me and 16 of my friends for a private bachelorette party and it was the best day! Not only were the services some of the absolute best spa services I have had, but they went above and beyond to make such a large group comfortable and make it such a special day! And they made it look so easy and seamless for us all. The whole spa was beautiful, clean, and relaxing and all of the girls were so kind! Case of Elegance is a fantastic spa! I received a 1 hour Therapeutic Massage by Kolleen and it was by far the best massage I have ever had. I have been doing CrossFit workouts for over 10 years, so with that being said, I tend to be extremely sore. Kolleen knew exactly which parts of my body to focus on to help relieve some soreness. My entire experience was wonderful and peaceful. Kolleen treated me like a queen! It was also my birthday that day and they gifted me a generous birthday gift following my service. 11/10 highly recommend!

Kolleen and Sloane were great! The massage was very relaxing and Kolleen made sure to focus on the areas I asked her too. I had the emerald massage with hot stones added and it was one of the best massages I have had. I booked my second appointment with Kolleen before I left! As always, such a fantastic experience! Kolleen goes above and beyond in so many ways. Massage was absolutely perfect, got the knots out and so relaxing. Took my niece along for her first facial - guaranteed NOT to be her last. Her skin is normally good but she was absolutely glowing - skin never looked better. I honestly just can't say enough good things about Case of Elegance - you have to try them for yourself!

We had my sister's bachelorette party here! They went above and beyond to make it a great experience! We had all types of services (massages, facials, nails) and every person loved every service. We had 17 girls which was a big ask and they made it work beautifully for us. The whole day went so smoothly and was very relaxing and fun!

Seriously the best facial! My skin felt incredibly hydrated & the dermaplane had my skin glowing. All the products used were natural, smelled & felt wonderful and the massage was incredibly relaxing. The room was cozy, welcoming and warm with the softest blankets! Thanks Kolleen!!
