I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

Had a lovely relaxing facial lymph drainage session with Aisling this morning in The Pilates Room. This gentle massage helped clear my sinus and reduce puffiness in my face and neck. I would highly recommend it

Always feel great coming out of a massage with joy. She’s amazing at what she does and I also got cupping done as well. So reasonably priced and you will feel like a million dollars afterwards
