Joy had me at ease the minute I came in the door. she is bubbly sincere and good humoured. i felt a lot better coming out of her premises than going in. i would definitely reccomend her as her lnowledge and her instincts and her expertise in finding exactly where to treat and the reasons why i am in pain as she also told me about aftercare too. i would reccomend Joy to anyone who needs professional effective and intuitive massage here on our doorstep in Limerick City. I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend
