Curtis was great. Had a full body sports massage, focusing on legs after some discomfort in my patella. Left feeling a lot better and he also advised on strapping if I’m still struggling when I next play football

Booked a last minute appointment for a back massage as I had been in pain all weekend. I honestly couldn’t recommend Nicki enough, she as so lovely and well educated in what she knew and has eased my back pain just after one session. I will defo be booking again.

Had the most amazing pedicure from Danielle this afternoon 😍, felt like a proper spa afternoon. My feet feel awesome and I know that they were in a proper state after my accident, but she wasn't fazed at all. I love going to see the Butterfly ladies, they all have such a fabulous way with them, always leave feeling really special. 🥰🥰😘😘😘
