The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. Paola was very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. I had booked in for a back and shoulder massage which was amazing and included a variety of techniques. Enjoyed the treatment that much that I then had an additional treatment,a full body scrub which was also great highly recommended

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. An excellent neck and back massage in a comfortable and warm environment. Whilst being very professional Natalie is very welcoming and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and provided expert advice on specific exercises to help in easing my symptoms. After my relaxing massage, I would highly recommend Natalie and Urban Soul Holistic Therapy.
