The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. Second vitamin C facial with Paola. I rebooked it after 3 people complimented me on how good my skin looked after the first one - this never happens to me! My skin glows afterwards and the effect lasts. I also had a pedicure and my feet look like new again. Always leave the salon feeling relaxed and looked after. Love the heated bed too - drifting off to sleep whilst being pampered 😊

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

When having my eyebrows done I was amazed at how natural they look the whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish I felt really comfortable, and relaxed enough to fall asleep why having it done, I wouldn’t say it was really painful there was some discomfort at times but no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Paola made me feel at ease it was very clinical I could see that cleanliness is high on her agenda. I couldn’t fault it. I would definitely like to re book for a massage and facial thank you so much you have a beautiful spa that smells amazing. You did an amazing job

An excellent neck and back massage in a comfortable and warm environment. Whilst being very professional Natalie is very welcoming and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and provided expert advice on specific exercises to help in easing my symptoms. After my relaxing massage, I would highly recommend Natalie and Urban Soul Holistic Therapy.
