Second vitamin C facial with Paola. I rebooked it after 3 people complimented me on how good my skin looked after the first one - this never happens to me! My skin glows afterwards and the effect lasts. I also had a pedicure and my feet look like new again. Always leave the salon feeling relaxed and looked after. Love the heated bed too - drifting off to sleep whilst being pampered 😊

Paola is the loveliest beauty therapist, and my nails and lashes look amazing! Her space is so relaxing and calming, and I felt relaxed when leaving! Will definitely be booking to go back!

Lucy was so patient with me even after numerous messages asking if something would work.. she pulled it out the hat and I am so happy with the colour and cut. The whole feel of the salon is friendly and welcoming. Just a nice place to go to sit for a few hours and get your hair done. Xx

I had the most amazing experience. The salon is beautifully relaxing and so clean! I had the treatment for water retention which was incredible and I've been left feeling so much better. I also had a consultation for microblading and Paula was so knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed and I didn't feel rushed or like I was asking too much. I can't wait to return for the treatment

First time i’ve visited a Painted. as they’ve only just opened their lovely little home salon. Ebony was very accommodating and my nails have never looked better! Her availability is super flexible and she has the cutest fur baby!

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

I love visiting here! Paola always makes you feel so special and she genuinely cares about your needs and is interested in how you are doing day to day. It’s as much a therapy session as it is a beauty treatment! Sophie is a warm welcoming person I immediately felt at ease with her, the salon is perfect with lots of parking just outside. I love the finished look and I’m already planning my next visit. I’ve had brow technicians that have got too “pluck happy” in the past and I explained to Sophie how I wanted to keep them as full as possible and she understood completely but still managed to get them into a great shape!!! I Can’t reccomend her enough! Thankyou x
