Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and overall experience were top tier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Leah is so warm, calm, and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. The space is beautiful and somewhere you can really switch off and relax. I had a facial and Indian head massage, both were lovely, and I really liked that she uses natural Neal’s Yard products. Such a relaxing, peaceful experience

I've been going to Elena for my tattoo removal treatments for more than six months, and I can honestly say she is incredibly patient and never rushes the process. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything at every appointment. I'm very happy with the results I've achieved so far.
