I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. My experience was great, Jack was very attentive and listened well to what I wanted. The massage was spot on, deep but enjoyable and immediately after I felt a lot of improvement in the specific areas that I required work on. I will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely fantastic! I booked a sports massage for after the GNR despite feeling nervous because I'd never had one before. Jack explained everything perfectly and sought out my opinion about where needed worked on. Never awkward and totally laid back. I feel so much looser - I'll definitely be back 🩷

Been to a few physios in the past and Jack is one of the best by far, give me some exercises to do at gym which have really helped my shoulder and lower back pain, couldn’t recommend enough 👍👍

Fantastic service. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood the issues I was experiencing. I went in for diagnosis of a shoulder injury. We did some initial movement to identify the issue followed by a massage of the area. Have come away knowing the potential reasons behind the injury and some exercise and stretches to help prevent. Great experience and will definitely be back.
