I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Fantastic service. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly so I understood the issues I was experiencing. I went in for diagnosis of a shoulder injury. We did some initial movement to identify the issue followed by a massage of the area. Have come away knowing the potential reasons behind the injury and some exercise and stretches to help prevent. Great experience and will definitely be back.
