Best massage in Louth by a million miles. George takes the time to understand the primary source of the discomfort and misalignment. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. My general mobility has improved and my horse riding has also improved significantly. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I have to say my visit to the Wellness Centre was quite exceptional. I suffer with different painful issues, The massage I had was very thorough, deep and professional, Arun was very careful and thorough, possibly one of the best massages I have had for unknotting sore muscles and bringing some much needed pain relief. I hope to make it a regular thing. Thanks very much for some needed respite.

After my first session I felt George listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. For the first time in a long while, I felt genuine relief. The tension I’d been carrying for years melted away, and I left feeling lighter with very little tightness. Now after 7 sessions I feel like a new woman! i had a full body massage on this visit, professional friendly approach, i felt at ease with alicia and after the message felt de steased and relaxed , i slept well

Really great massage, Mai was very professional and explained everything in detail. I felt like I’d been run over by a train the day after but after that my muscle aches reduced, I slept so well and generally felt much more relaxed.

Deep tissue massage, very good. Therapy room/equipment very nice, relaxing. Therapist very good Will recommend to others. reasonably priced. Parking good. Will return to have Deep Tissue Massage and will return to try other therapies too.

Totally different massage to any I have had before. Have had two sessions and will go back again. George explains what he is doing and how the massage benefits your body and well being. Nice surroundings. George pleasant and knowledgeable about his craft. Certainly recommend people to try this massage. Reasonably priced.

Exceptional Thai Massage! Despite us arriving late due to traffic, the staff graciously accommodated us for a 40-minute traditional Thai massage, which turned out to be the best 40 minutes spent in a long time. The ambiance of the room was incredibly relaxing, and the aromatic oil used during the massage added to the soothing experience. The therapist skillfully found knots in unexpected places, providing a deeply satisfying release of tension. Clicking and stretching in ways I never imagined, I left feeling lighter and rejuvenated. Highly recommended—we will definitely be returning for more!
