My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. Truly amazing results, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

I had such a lovely experience at Beauty Hideout. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage and microneedling and I am so happy with the results. The massage was really relaxing and I left feeling lighter and refreshed. The microneedling was just as good, everything was explained clearly and my skin already looks brighter and smoother. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and the staff are friendly and professional. I felt well looked after the whole time. I would definitely recommend Beauty Hideout and will be coming back.

Great massage as always from Lynne. Had a bespoke massage today as I’ve been having issues with my shoulder. Lynne worked on my shoulder which had knots. Left Lynne’s feeling so much better. Lynne provides a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I’ll be booking again in a couple of months as another treat to myself.

I had my first massage therapy treatment (MLD) at Motion Remedy for 90 minutes with Lek. The venue was beautifully decorated, light and airy and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Lek was incredibly professional and demonstrated her expertise to a high standard. She even provided recommendations and helpful advice at the end of my session. After the massage I genuinely felt calm and relaxed (desperately needed) I’d definitely book another session in the New Year and highly recommend Motion Remedy’s services.

The appointment was great. I was greeted with warmth and hospitality as soon as I walked in and a genuine curiosity about my health and any special requirements that I needed to make my appointment more comfortable. Ulah was a great massage therapist, she had a very soft hands, however that did not take away from er ability to apply pressure when needed. She kept checking in with and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. I enjoyed my time at the beauty hideout and have already booked to come back again!

Massage is very good. My wife loves Gigi massages and feels very rejuvenated

Such a lovely place, warm welcoming and beautifully decorated space. My facial with Chan was 1st class. She made me feel relaxed and shared with me her extensive knowledge about skin care and health in general. I left with a glow that I dont think my skin has ever had before. Fantastic service.
