I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

First time at clinic staff where lovely calming relaxing environment had Chinese cupping and full body massage never felt so relaxed ever I've had massages and other therapies all over country as I work away 9 months of the year this is in my top 3 I would highly recommend brilliant service with a smile I'll be back next week thank you stew 😊

It was such a lovely experience. Alycia is so warm and welcoming. The space is decorated so its calm and relaxing. Total zen! It's absolute heaven! and definitely a lovely way to treat yourself. I had the signature facial. Included is a neck and shoulder massage. Wow! Alycia definitely knows what shes doing! It was so good, ive booked a full body massage for next week! I was so relaxed. The signature facial is not just a standard one. It's tailored to your skin. My face has never felt so good. This is going to be my monthly treat to myself! Thank you Alycia.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best curl experience I’ve ever had! Meg really took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed, and my curls have never looked or felt better easily the best curl cut of my life. I didn’t know what to expect from the Indian head massage, but wow it was incredible! So relaxing and gentle, and now I honestly never want my hair washed any other way. The whole ritual felt so thoughtful and luxurious, and I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely in love with my curls. Can’t recommend this enough an absolute treat for both hair and soul!

Great massage. Within a couple of sessions Lydia had completely managed to relieve chronic neck and shoulder pain I'd had for years. She has made a massive difference, and my body feels so much more relaxed, and with better posture. Lovely, friendly and professional too! 100% recommended.

Amazing as always! I’ve been coming to Meesha for regular sports massages and can’t recommend highly enough. She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!

Caelie came to my home for a mobile (pregnancy) manual lymphatic drainage massage. Caelie was so lovely, immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the treatment. She left me half asleep to be honest... I felt so relaxed and genuinely lighter afterwards even though I didn't have much swelling. It was such a gorgoeus treatment. I'd definitely recommend Caelie and MLD even if it's just for general wellness.

I had my first curly cut with Meg at House of Darlins – The Curl Station in Liverpool and it was incredible! Meg is so knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The salon is beautiful and welcoming. I also had the holistic head spa — the oils, tools, music, and treatments created a full sensory, relaxing experience. I left loving my curls and feeling truly cared for. Highly recommend! ✨💆‍♀️

I booked a full body massage and a facial for 2 hours and It was the best 2 hours I've had. I felt so relaxed and cared for. The full body massage was absolute bliss and the facial gave my skin a good clear out of all toxins and dead skin. I can't recommend Alycia enough. Her little studio in her garden is a place of pure relaxation and she makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Her pricing is also brilliant. If you are in need of an hour or two to escape then please make sure you book in xxx

An excellent sports massage as ever. Lydia is very much aware of areas of tension and stress and is diligent in working through the areas to relieve pressure and knots that have built up over months and years. I have much better mobility and experience far less pain since my massages with Lydia and would not hesitate to recommend her.

The massage was so relaxing and my legs feel so much softer. Can't wait for my next appointment
